I am going to make me some Hydrogen

i have no idea what i am doing...

here is what i have so far.
-MT Due Bottle
-2 Aluminum plates with holes in, Heat Riser from Broken iMac RIP lil buddy :(
-2 Wires, Each wire is hooked to each plate.
-3 standoffs to separate the metal plates.
-now all i need is electricity and some water right?
