Chinese Computer Chair after 6 months of normal use

I went to lean back and the composite torsion bar mount blew apart and the chair snapped in half and I flipped backwards and my head hit the wall behind me.

At the first thought this is funny... but its rather disturbing when you think about it.

Other thoughts:
* Could Have snapped my neck
* My only 6 month chair is now busted
* Cheap Chinese build methods are to blame
* Now i have to spend more money on a computer chair that should not have broke like this.
* I feel like i was taken advantage now that i have a totally useless 150 dollar computer chair.
* Office Max is also to blame.
